Job Description Summary: Job Description: The Bilingual Care Coordinator, Oral Health will work closely with the project team, and support the integration of medical and dental services to improve patient care and outcomes. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about healthcare innovation and improving access to coordinated care for patients. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in integrated care delivery, working closely with clinicians, care coordinators, and administrative staff to drive meaningful improvements in oral healthcare access and outcomes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. The Oral Health Program is a HRSA- funded national initiative that seeks to improve oral health for children aged 6m-5y. The goal of the program is to increase rates of preventive oral health services among children 6m to 5y who have not had dental care in the last 6 months by improving medical-dental integration.
