Chief of Staff to the APTIM Chairman & CEO

Job description

Position Overview: The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chairman & CEO serves as a trusted strategic partner and execution leader, enabling the CEO and Leadership Team (LT) to operate with organization, discipline, and speed. The CoS is empowered to lead initiatives, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and accelerate decision-making. This includes direct engagement in merger and acquisition (M&A) activities. In addition, the CoS supports Board, and sponsor interactions, ensuring thorough preparation, actionable insights, and effective follow-through. This CoS will be required to collocate with the Chairman and CEO at least one week per month. This could either be at the Denver office or at another APTIM location.
