Position Title: CAPS Peer Engagement Coach (Student Position) Location: Big Rapids, MI Department: CAPS- Career & Professional Success Advertised Salary: $13.73 Summary of Position: A Peer Coach is a student guide for new students at Ferris State University. Peer Engagement Coaches communicate regularly with students through texts, emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to provide guidance, encouragement, and important campus information. In addition to one-on-one support, coaches promote campus resources and events, facilitate study tables and first-year programs, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment for new students.
