Overview We’re building the next generation of PepsiCo’s mobile applications that power our business and deliver modern digital capabilities to our frontline employees. As a Principal Software Engineer (React Native), you’ll lead design and development of high-performing mobile apps, mentor other engineers, and help bring new digital capabilities (including AI) to life. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll set the standard for mobile excellence at PepsiCo. Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and hands-on development of mobile apps using React Native - Partner with product managers, UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver global solutions - Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment - Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making across the team - Explore and Adopt tools such as AI copilots and agents to streamline development and boost productivity.
