Full-time, hourly, Mon-Fri 8am-5:00pm +/- JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE: Responsible for managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the order management system. Will need to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support throughout the order lifecycle.
