Overview The Network Intern will be responsible for assisting the IT End User Services team with building and deploying laptops, desktops and VDI (virtual desktop) computing solutions. The Infrastructure Intern will also be involved with other occasional projects involving the deployment, support or recycling of network, computing, or mobile devices utilized by our end users. It’s a great opportunity to learn technology, customer service and support, end user documentation authoring, process development and general business skills! This position is Limited Term based on the calendar year. The individual will work up to 40 hours a week during the summer months and approximately 20 hours a week during the school semester. These hours can be flexible to meet your school needs. The IT Infrastructure Intern must effectively carry out the essential duties of this position in a manner that consistently demonstrates the core values of the organization in a positive manner.
