As a CMT, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Part Time Opportunity 7am-12pm $25-26.25/HR: Responsibilities: - Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD). - Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD. - Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR. - Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds. - Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect. - Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
