Location: Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type: Full-time | Compensation: Commission (Top performers can earn up to $170,000 per year) Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week plus Sundays off. Hours: 7:15 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to stay later as needed. The VIP Sales Consultant works directly with service customers, identifying opportunities to upgrade their current vehicle. This role requires confidently and professionally approaching customers who may not be actively shopping, creating value, and guiding them through a smooth, pressure-free experience.
