Compensation: - Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere - Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations - Providing additional support and guidance to Surveillance Officer members as needed - In the absence of the supervisor on duty, function as the team supervisor - Assist with training and developing team members - Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits - Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally’s Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls - Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent - Monitor and safe...
