Job description

PROJECT SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT: ·Build and maintain procurement, engineering, and construction project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools. P6 Level of detail will vary per stage and project. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: · Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and department leads to gather input and validate scheduling assumptions. PROGRESS TRACKING: ·Monitor ongoing project activity, compare actual progress against the baseline schedule, and identify variances. SCHEDULE ANALYSIS & UPDATES: ·Conduct regular updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact assessments. Recommend corrective actions for delays or risks. CRITICAL PATH & RISK ANALYSIS: ·Analyze the critical path and float to determine the effect of changes and inform strategic decision-making. REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION: · Prepare schedule status reports, power-bi dashboards, progress summaries, and documentation of schedule changes and delays. SUBCONTRACTOR COORDINATION: ·Confirm that subcontractor timelines and deliverables align with the overall project schedule. ISSUE RESOLUTION: ·Flag potential scheduling issues early and collaborate with team members to develop mitigation plans.
