About the Role: We’re looking for a relationship-driven Client Engagement Senior Manager to support a portfolio of Enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving value, client satisfaction and retention. You’ll be responsible for ongoing delivery and operational excellence of our client accounts. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, our consultants and internal teams to ensure engagements run smoothly and meet and exceed client expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategy team to identify expansion opportunities and deepen partnerships.
