In this role, you'll: Support the management of Rail Safety Worker (RSW) competency card issuance, verify training data across multiple systems and maintain accurate learning records to ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll contribute to the administration of accredited programs and support the integrity of workforce capability systems. You will oversee and verify competency records to uphold safety standards and streamline accreditation processes in a highly regulated, multi-system environment.
