Job Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of data centres, ensuring operational stability, availability, and performance. Manage resources effectively to support 24x7 operations and ensure proper shift coverage. - Utilize advanced knowledge in performance metrics, technical problem resolution, risk management, architecture, design, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Implement and oversee monitoring systems to detect anomalies and address issues promptly.
