Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Manager, Ag Retail Operations & Customer Excellence on a permanent basis on our Ag Solutions team. This position is a remote opportunity with preference for candidates located in Saskatoon, Regina, Calgary or Winnipeg. Preference for candidates within Saskatoon. based across Western Canada. In this role, you will drive the future of ag retail as a strategic leader shaping customer experience, digital adoption and data insights, and success across Co-op ag retails. This high-impact role blends strategy and execution to strengthen farmer relationships, unlock commercial value, and deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
