Job Summary: We are hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple car wash locations throughout East Tennessee . This role is critical to keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently so our sites can operate without downtime. If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting real-world equipment problems, and prefer working independently in the field, this role will be a strong fit. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance on a wide range of car wash systems including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water treatment equipment. This position requires someone who is dependable, quick to problem-solve, and comfortable responding to urgent equipment breakdowns when needed. We value technicians who take ownership of their work, communicate clearly with site managers, and understand the impact equipment downtime has on daily operations and customer experience.
