WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Program Administration Assistant is a non-exempt position responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Refugee Programs. The position will oversee all direct service aspects of the program, including assisting walk-ins, intake, data entry, report writing, referrals for services, community outreach, and volunteer and staff recruitment. - Support the daily operations of the Refugee Integrated Services programs, including Employment and Tiered Case Management. - Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Program Director and Program Manager, as requested. - Monitor client service activities related to Refugee Integrated Services and support program alignment with established objectives. - Support direct service staff, volunteers, and interns through coordination and administrative assistance (no supervisory responsibility). - Develop and maintain relationships with social service partners to help identify and acces...
