Workforce Development Coordinator

Job description

The Workforce Development Coordinator supports the strategic development of VSY’s trades workforce by coordinating training initiatives that drive safety improvements, capability, consistency, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director, Workforce Development, this role partners with the Workforce Development Team, the Safety Department and Operations leaders to facilitate delivery of effective corporate and trade-specific training programs. Responsibilities include program coordination, accurate training record management, and contributing to the design and content of learning materials that support workforce growth and performance. Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver. What you'll do: - Administratively manage, schedule, and coordinate training programs for VSY trades workforce. - Maintain detailed records in Learning Management System (LMS) to track training records, including the monitoring of missing, incomplete, or overdue training, and escalate issues as required to the appropriate stakeholders. - Lead reporting on LMS training data for operations teams. - Maintains and updates workfor...
