The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Administrator to support our Timberwood Panels operations in Brendale. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service and providing seamless sales and administrative support across our growing QLD footprint. Your Role: As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers and the external sales team by: - Processing inbound sales orders via phone, email and over the counter - Assisting Account Managers with order entry, customer follow-up and coordination - Responding to customer enquiries with timely and accurate information - Maintaining sales and customer records within company systems - Preparing reports, quotes and updating customer databases - Coordinating warranty claims and liaising with internal teams - Supporting showroom di...
