Job Description: The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on FinCrime Lead to support a rapidly expanding product in North America. This is a senior role within our first line of defense, responsible for ensuring Wise's US and Canada AML program is best-in-class, meeting all regulatory obligations, effectively managing financial crime risk, and scaling to enable continued growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in anti-financial crime risk and possess proven experience in evaluating and implementing controls.
