Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management working across a cross-functional organization. - Experience in an Outside Plant (OSP)-focused role within the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry (e.g., OSP Engineer, Fiber Project Manager, OSP Construction Manager). - Experience with Inside Plant (ISP) fiber optic infrastructure, including design, installation, and testing within data centers, In-line Amplifier (ILA) sites, or colocation facilities. Preferred qualifications: - Certification in formal project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), Project Management Institute Agile, or Certified Scrum Master. - Experience with industry-specific tools, including project management software, network acquisition tools like Salesforce, and workflow management systems like Pega. - Experience with Agile or other process improvement frameworks, showcasing cross-functional agility and a focus on continuous improvement. - Experience with both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) fiber optic infrastructure...
