Your Impact Join a close-knit manufacturing team in Renmark as a Quality Assurance Technician , supporting the production of fruit juice products. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining food safety and quality standards across both the production floor and laboratory, ensuring products meet regulatory, customer, and company requirements. Working across a smaller QA team, you’ll be an all-rounder - monitoring CCPs, testing raw materials and finished product, and supporting continuous improvement through effective documentation and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor CCPs on the production floor and review quality records - Conduct sampling and testing of fruit and juice products - Support lab activities, including routine testing and documentation - Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, supporting corrective actions - Maintain and review Certificates of Analysis (COA) - Write and update SOPs and work instructions - Follow verification schedules and daily quality checks - Support compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards - Work closely with operations to maintain quality and process consistency About You: - 1–2 years’ exp...
