As a Client Solution Specialist within PNC's Retail Lending - Indirect Auto Lending organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH. Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST The Dealer Support Team is responsible for onboarding and maintaining auto dealership information across multiple internal systems to enable dealerships to submit retail lending applications to PNC Bank. This role plays a critical part in supporting automobile originations by ensuring dealership data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Team members perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks within several systems, including reviewing and validating supporting documentation.
