Application Deadline: 06/25/2026 Address: 320 S Canal Street Job Family Group: Capital Mrkts Sales & Service Position Overview: The Director is a senior member of BMO’s Community Capital Solutions team, which invests the Bank’s balance sheet in conventional equity real estate funds managed by sponsor and developer clients, along with select direct real estate equity investments across the United States. The Director leads day‑to‑day value creation on designated LP investments, drives portfolio‑level performance, and mentors junior team members while partnering closely with sponsors and internal stakeholders at BMO Commercial, BMO Capital Markets and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Governance. All investments support BMO's CRA and Public Welfare Investment objectives. The Director fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviors in all that they do.
