AI Augmented Engineering Lead Up to £130k + Bonus: London Office 3 days per week Our client, a leader in Financial Services is looking for a AI-Augmented Engineering Lead who is responsible for integrating AI-driven solutions into engineering practices to improve developer productivity, software quality, and delivery velocity. You will play a key part in advancing and scaling the organisation’s AWS-based DevSecOps platform, embedding AI-augmented capabilities across tooling, pipelines, and operational practices. This role operates at the intersection of engineering leadership, platform engineering, and applied AI, enabling teams to deliver secure, reliable software at scale. Role Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools across the software development lifecycle, including coding assistance, automated testing, code quality, incident analysis, and operational insights.
