Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking an Experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join Seaport Community Health Center, Bangor, Maine. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established FQHC primary care practice with emphasis on providing outstanding integrated health care. The practice offers a full range of primary health care services including mental health, recovery treatment and medication assisted treatment. Must have completed the required 24-month supervision period to be considered. The PMHNP: for a variety of psychiatric conditions, and obtains consultation from collaborating physician when appropriate.
