Job Description: IT Technician II – Site Services Support Huntsman is seeking a IT Technician II – Site Services Support supporting the IT Division located in multiple sites. This position will report to the Team Lead, IT SD Solution Delivery. Job Scope: Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications. Supports site functions, roles, and initiatives, as assigned. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. Responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools. In summary, as the IT Technician II, you will: Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications Support site functions, roles, and initiatives, as assigned Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications (5% time) Responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools (5% time) Duties/tasks are standardized.
