You will ensure alignment with global and regional strategies, support in-market implementation, and strengthen brand equity through effective planning and execution. Essential Functions & Accountabilities: - Inputs into portfolio strategy and annual business planning process across EMEA, taking ownership of brand marketing responsibilities for Myopia Management. - Secures relevant information and data on macro trends, market dynamics-including customer and user inputs-and competitors’ activity. - Build a deep understanding of regional dynamics to inform appropriate regional marketing support and credible partnership.
