Job Function: Training - Leads, manages, tracks and develops training and educational needs and opportunities within the Public Safety Department and serves as the UC Health Academy Program Manager. Job Function: Field Training Officer/In-Service Program Coordinator - Coordinates the Field Training Program for new hires with the Public Safety Department. Responsible development, coordination of the in-service training program for Public Safety personnel. Job Function: System Management -: Provides direct support to the System Public Safety Director to ensure consistent, effective system-wide oversight and to address the operational demands of UCMC and WCH. Assumes designated areas of responsibility to enhance coordination, strengthen response capabilities, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up of security-related incidents. Job Function: Other Duties -: Other duties as assigned by the System Public Safety Director. Training: Directs, schedules, and evaluates comprehensive annual training programs for Public Safety personnel, including both internal and external offerings, to ensure compliance with departmental standards and regulatory requirements.
