Intern - Contract Marketing

Job description

Position Summary The purpose of this internship is to assist the Contract Marketing team in a number of projects and to provide a learning platform in a business setting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with contract administration and maintenance activities within contracting systems - Support the preparation and organization of customer agreements, Letters of Agreement (LOAs), and related documentation - Assist with gathering and organizing data for contract reporting and analysis - Support responses to requests from Field Sales and internal business partners - Assist with monitoring contract expirations and maintaining tracking tools - Participate in process improvement and special project activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service - Participate in intern class activities - Work on special projects as assigned Knowledge & Skills: - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with management and cross functional team members - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and organize/prioritize job assignments and...
