Reporting to the Director Patient Safety, the Patient Safety Program Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing state-wide patient safety strategies within California Providence Clinical Network. The role includes managing internal and external safety data, analyzing experiences, and coordinating action plans, contributing to the development and integration of key components of the hospital's Patient Safety Plan, as well as coordinating performance improvement initiatives and educational activities related to patient safety.
