What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead day-to-day quarry operations to achieve safety, production, quality, and cost objectives - Foster a strong safety culture by implementing and reinforcing policies, training, and best practices - Drive operational excellence through planning, continuous improvement, and effective use of resources - Develop, coach, and engage team members to build capability, accountability, and strong performance - Collaborate with maintenance, sales, and regional leadership to meet business and customer needs What Are We Looking For: - Proven experience managing aggregate plant or quarry operation, with full responsibility for safety, production, maintenance and workforce leadership in a heavy industrial environment. - Demonstrated commitment to safety-first operating culture, with strong working knowledge or MSHA/OSHA regulation, hazard management, and proactive safety leadership within the plant.
