About the Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager (at least 2 years experience) who sees social media as both a creative outlet and a meaningful driver of business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys social media and stays curious about how platforms evolve. You keep up with new features, trends and format shifts, and you’re proactive about testing what could work for our audience. Crucially, you understand that social media should support real business outcomes. You think beyond likes and impressions, and care about how content contributes to website traffic, enquiries and ultimately customer growth. You won’t just be scheduling posts. You’ll be actively filming, editing and creating content for the brand.
