As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who combines strong technical capability with genuine partnership mindset and commercial ownership. This is not a back‑of‑house finance role. You’ll be embedded with the business, working closely with operational leaders to influence decisions, challenge thinking, and drive performance outcomes through clear, actionable financial insight. What You’ll Be Doing;: - Own end‑to‑end business partnering for assigned business units, acting as the trusted finance advisor on performance, risks, and opportunities - Lead budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, challenging assumptions and improving forecast accuracy - Drive scenario modelling and commercial analysis to support key business decisions - Lead month‑end reporting including variance analysis, performance commentary, and management packs - Own and optimise Workday Adaptive Planning, improving reporting, modelling, and planning capability What You’ll Bring;: - 4–6 years’ experience in FP&...
