Defect Lifecycle Management & Prioritization Proactively monitor and analyze feedback from user channels, automated tests, and manual testing efforts to accurately identify, reproduce, and document software defects. Take ownership of defect creation, tracking, and status updates within our defect management tools (Jira, Confluence), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Facilitate collaborative defect triage and prioritization sessions with development, testing, and product teams to align on impact, severity, and resolution timelines. 2.
