Summary: The Welder is responsible for MIG welding component parts and assemblies to produce finished products that meet company and customer quality standards. This role involves setting up welding equipment, positioning parts in fixtures, inspecting completed welds, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Functions: - Perform MIG welding on component parts and assemblies according to work instructions and quality standards - Set up and adjust welding equipment for proper operation - Position and secure parts using fixtures, clamps and jigs - Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance - Grind, clean, and prepare welded parts as needed - Perform basic measurements and visual quality checks - Maintain quality and productivity standards - Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) - Maintain a clean and organized work a...
