Who You Are We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to lead the end-to-end management of client-facing commercial contracts. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment of contractual relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in negotiating and managing business-to-business (B2B) service agreements, statements of work (SOWs), and master service agreements (MSAs), with a focus on risk mitigation and business enablement. What You’ll Do: Contract Lifecycle Management: - Oversee the full lifecycle of client contracts from initiation through execution, amendments, and renewal. - Maintain and optimize contract templates, clause libraries, and internal workflows to align with business goals and legal compliance. - Track key contract milestones (renewals, terminations, performance obligations) and maintain accurate records. Review & Negotiation: - Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and data protection agreements (DPAs). - Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure contract terms reflect business needs and risk toleranc...
