Software Engineering Manager Department: Information Technologies (IT): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Antonio: Reporting To: Kalani Racoma: Description: Responsible for leading teams in developing and deploying innovative solutions that align with the company's overall business and technology strategies. This role includes managing technical projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and data solutions. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. With a strong focus on areas such as Microsoft D365 F&O, Salesforce, Power Platform, Mainframe Systems, and Data Platforms (Azure, Snowflake), the Engineering Manager partners with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and ensure scalability and security across platforms.
