About the Role: Job Summary The Intra-Office PASC Scheduler is responsible for being the primary liaison for system scheduling within the specialty the clinic supports by providing surgical and imaging scheduling at point of service. This role serves as the primary PASC support for the physicians and clinical staff within the office as it relates to scheduling needs, including scheduling questions and concerns. The representative is responsible for the integrity of the schedule for the specialty in which it supports. In addition, provides exceptional customer service during direct contact with patients within the office setting. Minimum Job Qualifications: Licensure or other certifications: Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of direct invasive and/or diagnostic imaging scheduling experience is required. One (1) year registration experience is required.
