Shift: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor ' 1st shift Position Overview: As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, 1st shift, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as an on-site employee at our Fullerton, CA location. Key Responsibilities: ' Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace. ' Responsible for daily management and leadership of all resources assigned.' Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to: Schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, time and attendance, training and establishing/monitoring departmental goals. ' Enhance the operational procedures, processes and systems to improve operational efficiencies.
