Job Description Summary Leads Global Planning and MSD fulfilment-enabling operations, providing functional leadership and ownership across sourcing operational teams including Global Material Resource Planning (MRP), MSD Cost Controllership, Quality Document Collection (Q Docs), and Vendor Documentation (Vendoc) acknowledgement. Acts as the SME and key interface for sourcing-enabling tools and systems (ERP, PLM Etc.), accountable for business readiness, rollout support, adoption, and execution risk mitigation. Owns functional KPIs and applies Lean principles through standard work and daily management, driving robust problem solving across the teams to ensure performance standards & teams are optimised. Serves as a key stakeholder and regional interface to Global Sourcing, ensuring sourcing policies, systems, and standards are translated into effective execution within the MSD organization. Applies deep sourcing domain expertise to manage interdependencies across the fulfilment lifecycle in alignment with Gas Power priorities and the GE Vernova Ways.
