The Opportunity The Director of E3 (Experiential, Engaged, and Entrepreneurial) and Career Development leads the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) career development ecosystem, integrating experiential learning, curriculum, advising, alumni, and employer engagement. The role advances a model that embeds career development into academic pathways, shifting from traditional one-on-one advising toward a more curriculum-connected and experiential approach. In partnership with college leadership and Cornell Career Services, the Director will design a scalable, equitable service model that leverages digital tools, cohort-based programming, and peer advising, while reserving individual appointments for advanced guidance. The role also leads efforts to ensure all students complete meaningful experiential learning and supports the development of micro-credentials aligned with academic and career pathways.
