The Opportunity: As an Agent Contracting Representative you will be responsible for setting up agent and agency contracts and appointments with accuracy, handling inbound calls with excellent customer service skills, and working together as a team to ensure agents are properly set up to conduct business with our company. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating routine information on appointed agents/agencies for the business. Reviews appointment/contract applications for accuracy and completeness. Assigns and maintains agent/producer codes.
