Junior Actuarial Analyst – Netherlands

Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Actuarial Valuations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Mercer. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Junior Actuarial Analyst you will be an integral part of an exciting project, where we support our Netherlands Wealth business. You will be working as part of a team supporting more experienced analysts and project managers in all aspects of the Pension Plans & Retirement area; and work directly and in a daily basis with the Netherlands-based consultants. We will count on you to: Request, gather, review and upload client data, and assist in the preparation of actuarial valuations, participant statements and/or client listings and perform required financial analyses using proprietary and vended software; Reconcile data and assets from previous valuations and prepare summaries of data, assets, and benefits defined in the plan documentation; Escalates data or plan questions related to valuations and benefit calculations to more senior analysts; Helps prepare government forms and our regulatory documentation; Perform Actuarial calculatio...
