We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Bus/PSV Mechanic to join our friendly team at Stagecoach Barnstaple. Whether you’re from a truck, HGV, automotive, plant, or rail background, This is your opportunity to work on a modern and varied fleet, including electric vehicles, supported by ongoing training as technology and vehicle systems continue to evolve. What you’ll be doing: · Maintaining and repairing our fleet of buses to DVSA and Stagecoach safety standards · Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults · Carrying out routine inspections, servicing, and occasional roadside repairs · Supporting apprentices by sharing your knowledge and experience · Working safely and efficiently as part of a collaborative depot team What we’re looking for: · NVQ Level 3 in HGV or PSV Maintenance (or equivalent) · Hands-on experience working on commercial or specialist vehicles · A safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail · A team player with good communication skills · Previous experience working on buses or large passenger vehicles (desirable) Why join...
