Title: Assistant Professor of Mechatronics_Tenure Track Employee Classification: Faculty: Institution: Roane State Community College: Department: Math Science: Campus Location: Roane State Community College Job Summary: Roane State Community College is inviting applications for qualified candidates for a full-time faculty position in our Mechatronics Program. The successful candidate will teach a combination of Mechatronics classes including introductory classes in electrical circuits, hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), as well as advanced classes in statics/dynamics, robotics, PLCs, and automated production technologies. Classes are taught both in daytime and evening classes at our Clinton Facility, Oak Ridge and at the Harriman Campus. Some classes may be located at area high schools.
