JOB DESCRIPTION: Role Purpose A technical expert focused on end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications. Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also have excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction Span of Control: Positions reporting directly into this position: None Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Global education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines 1~3 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/ or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications Special Skills & Knowledge: − Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies − Demonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories − Hands on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting one or more laboratory information systems mentioned above is highly desirable − Able to execute assigned tasks satisfactorily with...
