Technique, Inc. is looking for a Quoting Specialist to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility. This role involves creating quotes for a wide variety of prototype and low volume parts including stampings, bent tubing, and assemblies, as well as related tools and fixtures. The Quoting Specialist will manage incoming CAD data and customer prints to prepare quote packages in a timely manner, utilize SolidWorks to overlay new and old revisions to determine part changes for quoting, and create job routers and purchasing routers for distribution to respective departments. The ideal candidate brings an associate’s degree or equivalent with a background in cost estimating or quoting, along with 1–2 years of work experience in a related field. SolidWorks proficiency, blueprint reading competency, and a basic understanding of GD&T, metal forming, tube bending, and machining is essential. The ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines in a high-pressure environment is critical to success in this role.
