The core responsibilities of this role include: Assesses work area for safety hazards and/or safety improvements, Organizes the work area to ensure 5S is properly maintained. Participates in company, site, and assigned production area meetings as scheduled. Communicates issues to other team members and management to actively solve problems. Performs operator maintenance on each assigned machine. Performs start-up test swatch on each machine prior to starting production. Prioritizes workorders based on due dates and management direction. Analyzes digitized files to ensure satisfactory embroidery execution. Configures the job specification in the machine's controller per the workorder. Evaluates each job is properly fixtured prior to execution. Loads the embroidery machines properly. Operates automatic CNC embroidery machines with multiple sewing heads and multiple needles.
