The Nephrology RN – delivers high‑quality, individualized patient care in accordance with the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model, MA Nurse Practice Act, and ANA Standards. This role emphasizes continuity of care, accountability, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; patient education; care coordination; and clinical decision‑making across the ambulatory setting. The position includes delegation and supervision of support staff per regulatory standards. Current Massachusetts RN license required Job Description: 1.
