As a Sales Development Associate (Entry Level Training Program), you will begin your career by learning our business from the inside out. Before representing our company in the field, you will complete structured cross-functional training in Customer Service, production, quality, safety, and shipping operations. This program is designed to build technical knowledge, operational understanding, and customer insight that will prepare you for a future Account Manager or Sales Representative role within our corrugated packaging business. Pay Range: $45,000-$60,000/year, depending on experience. This is a salaried, non-exempt position during the training program and is eligible for overtime pay.
